Dedicated Weekly Events for older Ninjas

As the title says, can Oasis please give us an event where we can get older ninjas?

For example, we used to be able to have an event that you would gain points from using keys to open a chest and you would get 5-10 points per key.

This event generally had Sage Naruto as one of the redemption rewards.

It would be great to have this event again (or an event like it) to gain fragments of older ninjas such as Sage Naruto, Second Hokage, various GNW Ninjas, or whatever older ninja that is discontinued from events. Especially with new servers being made at a ridiculous rate.
