I redeemed 21 Nagato frags. Will fragments redeemed during the bug be returned? I would be very disappointed in your operation if you did not.

I mean, I'd like to buy other frags of Nagato before the end of the event cycle. And for now, I can't because we don't have any information.
If this bug isn't fixed before Wednesday, it doesn't matter.
