1＃ Go ToNeed maths help please if i get 10k ignots and i need 28 Ay fragments. how many Fragments will i be able to get via Shuriken/Balloon event? It is 1 shuriken per 10ignots correct? so thats 1k shuriken then its 60-70 points per 10 shuriken? Which puts me in the range of 24+ fragments or is my math *?

If you're spending 10k Ingots and get 11 shurikens everyday, you have a small chance of getting it but not guaranteed.
Worst scenario (10k): 24 Frags,
Best scenario (10k): 27.99 (Possible if you get the daily shurikens)
For a 100% Chance of getting him, you'll need to get 11670 Ingots (Not factoring daily shurikens)
