1. When you first start the game, Gaara is quite a good ninja to get and some players choose to get it for its benefits. Even now, later in the game, Gaara is used for many things including Arena due to his recent buffs.

2. I am a little confused about this question.

3. SWB is currently based on a range in level as well as the server bracket you are from. There will be cases where you will be matched with strong players as well as weaker players.
