Simple, go level up to 84+. There's an 11-level gap between players in ranked arena matchmaking. Once you get past level 84, you will meet people at max level.

This shows you can verse at least up to 39 levels +/- (65-26=39 , assuming this person is level 65 and not higher)

Lets say i do not want to comment your behaviour because talks by itself and as far as I know you could even be somebody that fought 1600 times in ranked arena losing half of the times and that would not make you op at all. You would reach 403 points even in that case you know?

The most f2p that comes to my mind is han, kurenai, sailor sakura, azure fang with main with shark bomb, poison tai and neurotoxin.

P.S. there are lineups that directly nuke shisui in round 1 if you do not own initiative in arena and there is no way a 66k power owns initiative in superkage+ if he really can meet everybody.

If that mabui tenten gnw had initiative and used kurenai in the place of mei with the shark bomb spreading chaos version your chance to win would be close to zero since he can wait for your moves before chosing what to do. If you use sb 4th mystery he uses tenten mystery and if you masked man tenten he uses shark bomb on your clone killing it. Could even be you are able to start a chase with itachi in that case he use kurenai on the ninja itachi selected + shark bomb on clone if you shielded or on your main if you did not do it. Round 2 he selects itachi with mabui, waits for tenten to hit your shisui and then shark bomb shisui too chaosing him and if you used shisui mystery before uses kurenai to heal it or if not available main would heal him with standard attack. At that point you are under chaos every round + tenten gnw wipes you out with her unavoidable mystery.
