1＃ Go ToSo a long time ago Tobi was really overpowered. His unyielding ability had to be removed, I think everyone can agree on that, but I think what they replaced it with was not a good replacement. I think they should have something that was still related to Tobi in the Manga and the anime. They could of replaced it with an ability like Hidan's eternal life or an ability like GNW Hinata's ability. I hope that OASIS sees this post and consider doing that because I believe that will make him a better character but not overpowered. Please leave any comments or suggestions that you may have. Also if you agree please let me know.

I don't think Oasis can change this, all balance changes are from the Chinese developer. I believe Oasis only translates the game.
There's another "Tobi" ninja that might be available in the future, Madara [5 Kage Summit] which might interest you.
Note: not official, it's from the rednubes simulator.

Yeah, that's true .. This Tobi is already available in CN servers and sooner or later will be also available and playable here in English Servers .. His skills are pretty good, Mystery like Kisame Shark's Mystery Skill .. We just have to wait for that to happen, there's a lot of ninjas waiting for us to come this year, just hope he's one of them ..

This character seems a lot better, it seems to be kind of like the other improved versions of Akatsuki members

Yeah, just like Deidara, he's a lil'bit useless, the ordinary one but the edo tensei version of him is devastating .. Same with Kakuzu .. I'm also waiting for that new Tobito to come to our servers, he seems great to use in main lineups for battling ..

Joke only :p .. but the one i meant is the Tobi with Orange Mask, but new version, just like the images shown above .. I'm not sure if that New Tobi and the White Mask Obito are the same or different ninjas .. or even if we have the White Mask Tobi ninja ..
