I personally feel +Life and -Ninjutsu. My reasoning is that Han scales well with the ability to survive and so more health definitely helps. Han does not need Ninjutsu as much as Defense or Resistance and I believe his Ninjutsu had the lowest growth rate.

yes, but the selfhealing is based on ninjutsu and since he is a tank...

better to give him -atk.
