did natural draining's ninjutsu buff stack to next round?? i experience damage still same until round 9-10

it's a stacking buff, so of course it carries on, but since buffs ninjutsu only, if you use half nin/half tai or full tai effects then you get or an halved effect or no effects at all. Consider also there is rng in the damage.

It should be 6x 24% at round 6 but the damage still around 2k with standard atk rasengan, same with round 1, my 4 chases did successful, there are no buff's removal from enemy, enemy doesnt have buff resistance
