The best stat on ninja tool? Is nature resistance good? or just refoge primary stat like nin,atk,def,res,life?

Right now, with the current secondary stats we can get from reforging, i would suggest you to reforge the 5 primary stats on every tool and to reforge damage reduction or critical depending on you current situation.
