What ninjas do you have to begin with? It would be easier for to choose which ninja based on figuring what teams you can create. Angel konan is a little harder to make team with compared to edo hiruzen as you just need ninjas to buff him to blitz with him.

  • Id say angel konan than edo hiruzen just because ive seen more angel konan teams than edo hiruzen teams

In terms of f2p teams, edo hiruzen has more options than angel konan from what I see.
