What ninjas do you have to begin with? It would be easier for to choose which ninja based on figuring what teams you can create. Angel konan is a little harder to make team with compared to edo hiruzen as you just need ninjas to buff him to blitz with him.

Edo Hiruzen's mystery damage is low unless you use with WB asuma, EM, Danzo team and you have the higher initiative. Otherwise Angel Konan is much better with high mystery damage, super armor, immobile, chase reduce mystery cooldown.

Id say angel konan than edo hiruzen just because ive seen more angel konan teams than edo hiruzen teams

In terms of f2p teams, edo hiruzen has more options than angel konan from what I see.

No they are in the event where you use keys to get points and you can buy the keys in shop for 10/20 coupons each and they are mostly around 50-65 points per fragments.

I would say get shisui now since angel konan / edo hiruzen will still be a while before we get them.
