At the moment Edo Deidara is much stronger.

When SSasuke gets his skillbooks, he becomes quite strong.

Right now, Edo Deidara is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more useful. However, long term, Susanoo Sasuke is going to be much more valuable. In my opinion, I say go for Sasuke. A year from now, you're going to wish you had gotten Sasuke, because his skill books make him very good.

Does he really become that good? I've seen some of his changes and it doesn't look like anything too crazy. Do you know if they still use Edo Deidara in China?

SSasuke becomes great in Ranked and GNW, because his jutsu hits hard as hell and hit hits the whole board. However, he is surpassed by the allmighty Edo Hiruzen.

Edo Deidara doesn't see any use in 1v1 anymore in china, atleast at the highest level. I wanted to get him myself, cause he is cool as hell. But nobody is using him anymore.

Depending if you are a huge p2w / small p2w or complete F2P since if you are either small p2w or F2P go for edo deidara. Since yes sasuke does become better with the skill books but it will take more then a year or even longer for the skill expirement system to come out where F2P / small spenders have a chance to get good skill expirements on ninjas. Untill then the skill books will cost quite alot so it wont be that easy to get susano sasuke fully skill broken.

Susie Sasuke is dumpster fire tier. He shouldnt even be a rare ninja.

I'll say it like this. Susanoo Sasuke is usually the last one alive in china GNW. Skill broken, he becomes god tier. If you don't believe me, watch the chinese videos. Almost everyone is running around with Sb Sasuke. There is a big reason to that. He literally becomes tankier than 80% of the tanks out there. He hits all 3 fields very hard, and his immunity to edo deidara is extremely useful. He is immune to damage from Shisui mystery, deidara mystery, or any ninja that hits with pure ninjutsu. Edo hiruzen is good, unless he is in a team that doesn't buff him. I have seen him in teams that don't buff him, and he hits very meh :/ a lot of people don't realize that. He can wipe fields, if you have superior battle power. But you can do that with aoe damage from any ninja. So again, in my personal opinion, I feel as though susanoo sasuke will be better for you in the long run. Gauging from china, susanoo sasuke is used more than deidara.
