In lucky star wheel he was about 15k but in future events he will probably be somewhere around 15k-20k mostly going to be around 18k

You guys are all funny...so many people have him, he is like a of the Naruto, cheap and easy to get, heck, people with 20-400 coupons got him from the first events him being the main prize. And giving away free Itachi Anbu...this copy paste team will live for a very long time, since it's cheaper and easier than getting any rare ninja team for 210 seals scrolls in treasures.

That's how often I encounter these Shisui+Itachi teams.

Since he is confirmed to be in lucky board for this week and for one frag is 55 points, which means you need 55*80 = 4400 points. This means the maximum you need to for him would be 17,600 since each dice gives you 5. However, you will end up getting double points, landing on free dices giving by board and 14 free dice for the week, which means the amount of coupons/ingots needed will decrease.

If you don't have anbu itachi, I would go for him first. Then persoanlly, seeing as I have a 4* shisui, I would go for power over ninja. If I didn't have him, I would go for him now, because he is cheaper here than in recharge rebate.

There are tiles on the board where you get double points and free rolls, the average of the board is not 55 every 10 dices, but 60.

I didn't say the average is 55 and i did say that you can land on double points and free dices on the board. The 55 was meant to show the points needed for one frag.

As far as I understand it, Shisui will cost around ~15k coupons.

Right now, I got 7k coupons, what would you do?

Spend everything now and claim as many fragments as possible, or wait for another event later

Are you me? I'm in the exact same spot. Tempted to get Shisui, but only 7k coupons. I honestly don't know what to do. Our server is young, but I'm already 2nd most powerful in terms of power.
