This still confuses me.
Let's say my ninja has higher initiative(about 4500) than the opponent's ninja but positioned at the back row(7) and then the enemy has low initiative(let's say 3300) ninja but positioned at the front row(1); They both use skills at the same time, who goes first?
The position # matters very little. The move # matters a lot more. Move 1 will always > Move 2 unless the Move 2 ninja has 10k more init than the Move 1 ninja (And move 3 would need 20k init, move 4 30k init etc.), but why would u ever stack like that. If your init with 4.5k is a lower move # than your opp's 3.3k init ninja, then the 3.3k move ninja will always go first. I assume when you say "use skills at the same time," they are both prompts. If one is non prompt, the prompt will go first regardless of move # and init (although i think if you have like maybe 50k more init, ur non prompt skill might go faster ). Hopefully this answers your question.
