lucky star isn't really all that worth it. if there something you want then sure but it has to many hidden variables that your better of saving for a guarantee in lucky board or something in mobile missions, but then again I only get 3 star tiles whenever I spend on it so maybe i'm biased. :(

I have this broken team with water main, mei, mabui and gnw tenten, and I'm doing OK. I have 30k power on lvl 74 and I know it will take a lot of time before I can reach really high power.

That's why idk where to spend my coupons on, because usually it's like all of these events offer just 1 or 2 fragments of certain ninjas. While lucky stars offers at least a chance to get 80 frag ninja.

If u like gamble go for it but if u dont get what u want, dont get mad. Its your choice

You can redeem refines/moboyoku gifts from there for a reasonable price. Do max redeem or spend 1000 coupons then bail. If you win something great.....if not, you got your money's worth.

in RNG events there are no thresholds, some get it at free spin, some spend 30k and still dont get it

so here could come in somebody asking: 'why there are no thresholds?'

we have other rng events with thresholds, like treasure pulls or reforging tools or refinement/battle armor, so why not add them there too?

I would go for the lucky stars wheel...

As a long time player (since day 1) Spending it on lucky wheel wouldnt make you * in fact since you are a F2P you have more of a advantage or 'luck' to get the rare ninja that is on the wheel . Since you dont spend ingots you have a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better change of getting said ninja since the game wants you to spend and what better way than to favor F2P and * over P2W people

as f2p only save for lucky board. Nothing else. Ever. it is the best event for power up. btw even as f2p always get monthly card. Steal your parents CC if you have to, but monthly card is a must!

As long as money is spent in the game your not f2p anymore -_-, otherwise getting gaara should also be a must with his skillbooks out now.

I did lucky stars to get my last 2 tendo frags a while back. It cost me ~800 coupons/frag to do it. Lucky Stars uses RNG, so you can be very unlucky. As F2p player, I generally don't like doing events where reward comes down to chance.

wouldnt be much of an RNG event with thresholds. were there any thresholds for refinement/BA? it is more of mini luck to upgrade early but almost always needs close to 90%. and really those arent "Events" but part of the "normal" game

You can consider gathering fragments as a threshold most ninjas are obtainable like that. Instead of getting 80 fragments from wheel you reedem them 1by1.

The only ninja not avaliable like that is Hokage Minato AFAIK. Even Hokage Tsunade is avaliable by reedem(too expensive but still its guaranteed).

Edit : even he appeared in hokage optional packs as a guaranteed drop , so basically all ninjas obtainable by RNG can be obtained in more stable way . If you dont want to gamble go for this way of getting them.
