Just wondering if they are going to increase the max level for group skills past level 60 Does anybody know ????

Considering the max level of groups is 13... won't the current cap be 65?? or is it just randomly 60 and lv 13 skill upgrade does nothing?

All I know is our group is level 13 and I have only been able to increase my group skills to a max of level 60

Yep, but if you aren't level 96+ you can't get access to them. Level 61 unlocks at 96, 62 at 97 and so on. Very likely the guy is level freezing at level 95.
