Hi, I have a question. When we get those rewards for ranked arena in new servers? The month finished already and we didn't get a thing

Hi! It should be given at the start of every month/season of Arena. However, in order to receive additional arena rewards every season, you must have achieved the Six Paths rank once, as shown here:
