Is that plundering a mine? if so. you you have to equipt treasure tools manually (same for ranked and all your lineups). Also you need to equipt a scroll so it will show an icon. If nothing happens after doing those, the you got some kind of a glitch.
Ps: took me awhile to notice the stuck for 15 mins.

The issue doesn't appear to be equipping but the fact they were trapped in the same battle unmoving for 15 minutes. The only way to get out of it is to refresh the page, which when it happened to me I seemed to have won the battle (my log said my plunder was successful) but refreshing means you don't get the cards to draw from.
It's been reported, hopefully it will get fixed soon.

The only way to get out of it is to refresh the page, which when it happened to me I seemed to have won the battle (my log said my plunder was successful) but refreshing means you don't get the cards to draw from.
It's been reported, hopefully it will get fixed soon.
That's some annoying bug. Hopefully, they will at least do auto battle and auto card flip .

yeah refresh mean no card. But sometimes i didnt get card too even without refresh . Not stuck in fight but after fight it stuck my character just stand on the mine i still can move it., but the drawing card nvr appear.
I didnt have photo for taht so i can report it.
I always forgot to report when it happen 1-3 times
