Sometimes there is lighting, and sometimes there is event for all treasures

The latest treasure is always included, the others are random.

The all treasure event (rebate) is not as good as this in terms of returns, since it returns LESS scroll per usage AND the scrolls granted are "fakes" that does not count toward the event itself and can't be kept toward next event. But alas, it is all treasure, so if the treasure you want never shows up in feedback, it's an option.
