1＃ Go ToHello guys.
I am curious about masked man and his passive which decrease nin and attack by 12% for jinchuriki. My question is if we stack 3 mm in gnw...does that passive stacks for all 3 mm so it decrease by 36% or it doesnt stack.

Only oasis can answer this. I was wondering the same for a while. Not sure if it decreases 12% from both sides. Some say it only affects the enemy. Would love to see a clarification for this from official oasis people.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply, I wanted to confirm with the team first. Almost all passives are not stackable unless otherwise stated, which includes Masked Man's "Tailed Beast Control Jutsu" that decreases Ninjutsu and Attack by 12% on both sides. Which means having one Masked Man on the field or three of them, will not change the amount of debuff.

Both sides. Try to use roshi together with him and you will notice the difference
