this week gara breakthrough books are on the wheel

If you were to get these books one day, then spin and get the same book you already used another, What happens with that book?

Do the skill books convert to frags?

Or are you just stuck with a useless book?

I'm curious if this is a way to farm frags?

Just keep them until the update to the skillbreakthrough system comes. You c*e the books to craft other random skill books.
