I need a few frags to finish piecing anyone know the base price for him in so I know how much I need for get the missing frags and or buy keys if need be?

From what i've seen, his price without any discount is 200 coupons per frag.

Assuming you get his max discount in sage treasure(40%), 1 frag is 120 coupons.

No idea where you got this idea, but the maximum discount for Minato Jonin is 40%, among with quite a few other ninjas with the same discount tag.

He and other ninjas were previously at 30%. For some reason (a good reason now), Oasis increased the maximum discount recently.

Are you sure is 40% now? because also in previous events the max available discount was 40%, but used to never happen to get it for ninja fragments, but only for power ups items.

It's possible to see in the event details what the maximum discount for any given item is. For example, there are actually items that can go as high as 50% but I think its only purify and purify lock runes
