If you spend 700 all at once you can spin 3 times: 100,300,300. If you spin it 7 days u can spin it 7 times. If you spin more than 3 times a day i think the 4th and 5th is 500 each.

so with 1700 cupon u have guaranteed 2 books but you can go with 100x7 days (700) with a very low chance of gaara books since the event is programmed to give less rare items in the first couple of spins

It's really no need to spend a lot for those books. Skillbroken Gaara has been available for quite some time in Germany (I have him completely skill broken over there...), but with the exception of some GNW or Ranked Battle you barely even see him. He does excell at way to little things and his mystery can be easily countered.

Right now, he gets heavily overhiped by theory-crafters.

I only used 100 (which was my first try) and got gaara skillbooks on my alt.I do know after the 3rd spin,it starts getting kinda costly.I would just wait a while because they might start giving the gaara skillbooks out for free,just like the naruto,sasuke,sakura,and sasori skillbooks.
