I was doing this, but after I got the shisui I was forced to pass the level to be able to change my class and I also lost a lot of strength after I changed guild since my new one does not have the skills that I had before

Shisui, Itachi anbu and kurenai with the midnight blade (he has to stay in 2 movement with sealing). When you catch a tenten you just activate the rune to increase attack and ninjutsu and leave in self. Even with less refining the chance to win is enormous.
