Hey guys, so I used to play in 1.0/3.0 and now that it is 4.0 I was wondering if there had been any changes made to tactics? I am currently level 57 and the Tactics *on is open (and shining) but when I try to upgrade a tactic using a tactics page, it tells me "level too low". Anyone know why it won't let me?
