I wonder why in survival trials, my opponents have such high initiative although they are really low levelled and I'm pretty sure that my ini is way higher. The highest ini in my team is about 650 and others are around 300-400 but still, I always seem to go after them. Does initiative not work in Survival trials?

I'm pretty sure it's been discussed before that initiative does not matter in Survival Trials, I'm afraid. :(
