Hey, i saw you need server liaisons but for HK, but eh ive encountered a bug i'd like to share and hopefully get it fixed asap.


So when i do Survival trial, sometimes, when i press battle, the game freezes for a second, and then no one attacks, the battlefield is frozen, its like in that dead time when someone leaves and you have that few seconds of nothing till he gets the "left" tag, just that here it won't fix, and i need to refresh the Naruto online software.

(Note, that it happened to me on the software, idk what about the web version, also note that its been like that around a month~2 months roughly for me.)

That bug has always been there, but in the past - didn't happen anymore to me since 4.0 - when happened you used to not lose anything, just the time of refreshing

Yeah i know that you don't lose anything, it is super annoying to refresh because it happens more than once every time...

i had smae problem too but recently that nvr happne in surival. But just today it happen on plunder mine

.

Long time ago i think its cuase i played 3 account at once and doing survival for all of them

I get the survival freeze less often now in 4.0 but it still occasionally. I agree having to refresh all the time is really tedious.

I got the freeze today in mine plundering. When I got back it said my plunder attempt had been used up (And it looks like I won the battle? It seems I've got some iron out of it anyway in my mine log) But it does mean I still missed out on the card draw that comes after. :/
