I have a question, when skill breaks come out will you be able to craft the Y Skill breaks with ninja fragments? I know your able to craft the non-y skills with fragments(I think) but I was just wondering if you where able to craft the Y skills like the regular skills as well.

if you have +2 you can swap between Y+2 and +2 same goes for +1 to Y
