Received a plunder book/licence for an extra plunder on coupons convoy on the same day.

Used it; plunder successfully as opponent retreat but did not receive rewards (50 coupons + 100 contribution - daily bonus + GNW bonus)

Including the previous free plunder, I should have receive a total of 100 coupons anad 200 contributions today; but yet only 50 coupons and 100 contributions and plunder attack used.

mine retreat as well.. the only difference was i have a proof on both sides and you don't.

yah, which is weird, because when I check back in the group, the attempt was used....

No auto system message that it usually generates...

Unfortunately, without screenshots, I can't really provide much assistance.

However, If you feel this was a bug, If it happens again, before refreshing. Record a logfile. How to find logfile: After encountering bug, please do not refresh or relogin, you can do so using the following method: type“hylogfile”anywhere while playing the game (without “” and without typing it in the chat box),and then save the file which pops out when you enter it.

Report it to the Customer Service through the client, Top right "?" *on.

Include the file and screenshots and they'll investigate the issue.
