I had that before. It could be your connection is unstable. Also, try to clear your game cache by clicking on "Game Doctor" and end the process through Task Manager, check if there's any leftover narutoonline.exe processes and end them all. Re-open the client.

i did all that still the same i had to wait like 40mins to 1hr before the loading begins * whats wrong?
