Do the lucky ninja packs that you get from lucky board count in the mission event(where you send each other missions) so that you can get points in that event?

Hi! I am not quite sure but are you talking about General Mission Mobilization? If you are, the Lucky Ninja Packs would not count towards any other point system. It is just a reward for going through the Lucky Board once around.
