1＃ Go ToHello there~
I'd like to know if the free draws you can do effect the amount of draws it takes to get any sort of rare, or other ninja, because I haven't payed attention. So, please, could someone fill me in, and other people on that?

Hi there! As far as I know and from what i've experienced .. Free Draws are also counted for the pulls of Rares and Super Rares of each treasures .. I was using every single Seal Scroll everytime i got piece of it in Jinchuriki 1 Treasure and got my Roshi from Free Draw .. After that, I started taking notes in a notepad and keep track of my pulls in the Land of the Lightning Treasure when i started there, I used total of 171 Seal Scrolls and 45 Free Draws and got my 3rd Ay Raikage this last Thursday ..
I also keeping notes everytime i used Free Draws in my GNW Treasure, and i never used a Seal Scroll in there but as of now, 23 Free Draws, i got Fuguki, Inoichi, Toroi and some other GNW ninjas .. :D

Free draws are counted. Only issue is time . you get 15 free draws per month for the important treasures. so 4 months for a rare. if you want to free draw roshi, it would take over a year. Seal scrolls are a way to speed up the process.
Mind if i ask how much draws do u actually need to get roshi tho..?
And i hate how oasis didnt say anyhting about rare ninja only appear every 60 draws lol there's no luck whatsoever required

roshi unlocks at 200th draw. Every rare draw after 200 can be him (so very likely you get him at 200-210th draw)
