Cross Server Great Ninja War (further as XGNW)

XGNW problems:
1) Forced participation if you were victorious in the week before XGNW.

2) Top 8 place reward/prizes are worse than regular GNW.

3) Makes me want to skip XGNW because my group and I cannot be of any challenge to the enemy, most if not all groups in XGNW are pay to win players with 10-50k power above ours.

Solutions:
1) Make XGNW as an option to participate depending of your victory in a week before XGNW.

2) Create rewards in top 8 higher than the ones in regular GNW if XGNW will remain as forced event, otherwise makes me want to stay away from first place in regular GNW week before XGNW.

3) Merge more servers to already merged ones.

I have better chances of getting better rewards in a regular GNW because after the merge more than 8-9 months ago, gave us few more groups, total of ~5 groups, 5-7 months ago it shrank down to 3-4 groups, and past 4 months it shrank down to 3 groups, and it continues to shrinking, we barely have 2.5 groups now, nearly getting close to 2 groups only, last time it was like this, was a year+ ago when I started playing this game, back in October, 2016.

Because of this we're better *ing to regular GNW where prizes are atm better than joining XGNW, be in 6-8th place, and gain less than average in regular GNW being top 3.
