Refine Rune Pack/Charm Materials Pack
Your goal is not just to be the top of your server, but rather top 1 in every sage world battlefield.
Power won't help you if the enemy's got higher initiative that you, allowing them to move first and disable your ninjas before you can even move.
A person with 1-2k less power than you can easily kill you if he has higher initiative on his 1st move ninja. -

if you don't have the time, I suggest refines especially at early stages of the game. Suggest getting medium instead of basic, since basic is redeemable through ranked battle shop. Charms scale to ur refines+strengthen, so i highly suggest getting that later on. Power>Ninjas. You can get ninjas later on. Gl with getting #1 :D
