A debuff is just, let's say, a "negative" buff.
Han removes only positive buffs, and he does not apply any "debuff" in any way.

Essentially by removing any stat buff/protection it is a debuff in a sense, because it adversely affects the damage you receive and damage you dish out, making you more vulnerable than you were. Not debating, I truly don't know what the stance is on this. I guess I have my terms wrong and I'm wrong here. Dispel would be better I guess

Dispel should be closer, as it stands neutral, both positive and negative buffs can be dispelled in certain conditions. Debuff has been known to almost any other MMORPG; stuns and such, I've used that term to describe as "removing" status effects, and I didn't realize what it meant until my guild mates corrected me.
