Click your display on your profile, then click change account, then click on upload avatar right under your picture.

When you get their under your picture it will say change account, under THAT picture it will say change avatar.

I think you need to shrink your url on your signature. If your signature word size link is too large, the picture will not upload.

How u get avatar? Cant find in settings.
First, click on your name at the top of Forum

Then, click on "change nickname", again at the top of the page.

Then, click on the "upload avatar" after tabbing to "My Account" on the osagames website.

Use Tiny Pic or so similar Image Hosting service to compress the size of your url. At the moment, your current url is too large to be implemented into a signature.

Ok, after consulting with the Forum Deities, I figured it out.

You're a "Beginner Genin", therefore you cannot use an Signature until you reach "Elite Genin". :(
