The original price for red rune chakra pack in both daily special and benefit hall, I know that one can be bought with ingots only but still "original price"

Daily use coupons 1st thats why the price is a bit expensive :p

Coupons are worth less than ingots- you can double (or even more) the amount of ingots you buy with specific events, while transferring them for coupons, buying additional SS convoy/plunder tries etc. I think that's why that difference.
