Hello,

first of all let me inform you that situation I am gonna write about happens on Polish server where game is version 1.0. Midnight blade - his ability Root of warrior which gives 3 katana ninja immunity to debuffs looks kinda random. At the moment in team I have LM, Kimimaro, Darui, Killer B - 4 katana ninjas. I have tried different variations - putting in killer b as last one, as first one(i dont want him to receive this buff), but Root of warrior is applied randomly. Without touching my team, I have attacked kakashi 5 times. 2 times killer b didnt get buff, 1 time LM didnt apply buff to himself, 1 time Darui didnt receive buff and 1 time Kimimaro didnt get buff. As far as I know it shouldnt be random. Do you think it is a bug, or maybe I am handling something wrongly in here?

It is random, as is most if not all begin of battle buffs.

On top of what PraiseLuka said, its better to control said buffs like RoW, the same is with any of the Enhancement buffs. So you're better off only using 3 Sword Ninjas and a non sword ninja.

You are forgetting that Killebee is also a Sword user, so according to theory even though he is immune to debuffs there is still a chance that he will get the Root of warrior buff leaving one of your sword user unbuffed. Root only buffs 3 sword ninjas including your main, that line up you have above is consisted of 4 sword users so only 3 is eligible to get the buff.

I see but I would love to have 4 ppl immune to debuffs - it would be quite helpful against broken Tobi meta we are currently facing :(

Root of warrior doesn't grant only immunty, gives also, in our version, a buff to resistance and in his version if i don't remember wrongly a buff to atk so is not useless for bee.
