HELLO EVERYONE!!

Ever since the latest update of Naruto OL. Everytime I go to Team instance and do 30k TI and successfully finished them, NO YELLOW OR RED ITEM has appeared in my Rewards. Is this some sort of bug? Or nah? What should I do in order to get those red or yellow items?

32k and above only gets u yellow and dark yellow equipment and sometimes red
