So, just a quick question when they said you need 400 seal scroll used to get hats or tenso, does it mean you have to draw then all in a short time or I can do it like, every time that I have 10 scroll, I use them and 3. Same result, and your free draws count towards it as well.

On taiwanese server its not like that,you can draw limited ninjas from every pull,here the p2w and the dead rng is just disgusting for free players at least.
I got jugo at level 11 and kidoumaru 2 or 3 pulls after.Aftermath?English version its just a money grabber from the mindless rich kids.
But I understand them,they have to make money from somewhere.

It would be nice if they would stop denying what community has already established in regards to pulls . Transparency etc. Friend been saving scrolls from wars for last 2 months he had 5 x10 got nothing but 20 frags of basic ninja and quit so ye it's depressing . Thar's a reason they can't tell the draw rates It's Gambling and and the Goverment got word of this thar would be no more Naruto Online as Gambling is illegal

It's not gambling if the draw rates are fixed it would have been gambling if the draw rates were random and fair as is I believe you just have to reach a certain threshold of scrolls to get a rare from list. Besides im pretty sure the legislation regards this kind of gambling is sufficiently vague otherwise majority of apps and other browser games would have been illegal long ago considering that lot of players are probably minors. The reason why Gacha type games work is because you're always guaranteed to get an item. It would be gambling if we drew a scroll and got literally nothing.

No they wont get in trouble for it because they by pass the gambling by selling in game currency. Why you think no game lets you directly buy it with real money but always digital in game currency.

It makes a difference how much people have to budget to buy seals or how much they need to save and its important for group leaders to know when allocating packs at war etc etc
