That happens when you use yagura mystery without selecting a target. He will copy whatever is infront of him, even if it's a clone or summon.

You could try to be a little more strategic with your Ranked Battle stuff and position Yagura so that whoever's in front of him is someone who you want to copy...

Though I think that's the extent of which you can control it.
