No, its a really crappy event. You're better off getting the Med Refines from Lucky Star...although that event is also terrible.

You could try to get it from daily special today if you get 20% discount coupon. Its around 2700 coupons for 100 advanced..not the best price but decent. In treasure of sage you could get at 2600 or 2200 coupons depending on luck.

That 1 point costs 7 coupons in average, so those advanced refinements costs 42 coupons each one
