I think there is a fundamental problem with the rewards for X-server GNW and how rewards are distributed. As a minimum, the rewards for loosing in X-server should at least match the rewards you would have won if you had won your local GNW, but that simply is not the case within the current system.

If you win your local GNW but don't place Top 3 in X-Server you get 77 seal packs one week to 56 seals the next week.

Versus for the 2nd place group in your local GNW gets 72 seals the first week and 77 seals the next week while you are away in X-server.

So the first place group of a losing X-server server gets 266 seals a month versus the 2nd place group getting 298 seals a month.

Under the current X-Server GNW reward structure if you don't place Top 3 in X-Server it doesn't make sense to participate in X-Server, unless all you want is 'gudfites' and you and your members aren't motivated by seal scrolls and don't mind their rivals, people who lose the local GNW, are getting more seal scrolls than them.

My local GNW has devolved into who can throw the hardest on finals of qualification week because we aren't competitive in X-server and it is more rewarding to get 2nd place than actually trying to win. This kind of mentality is poor for morale, as a group leader, I am worried about additional membership attrition if X-server stays as it is. Surely a system that makes losing GNW more profitable than winning needs to be reconsidered?

Oasis please consider X-server rewards. Please make the rewards for losing groups in X-server at least as rewarding as if you had won your local GNW. I think a lot of these issues will go away if you do so and we can at least enjoy in awe as some 200k power super-whale with Chakra Naruto one-shots the strongest person in your group's team.

Ideally, I would like to see 4 more Elite pack equivalents (5 seal packs) added to every tier of X-server rewards.
It would take the bottom bracket rewards near equal with local GNW in total seals (76 vs 77) and it would give more packs to the winners to distribute as winning the top of your X-server cluster likely requires a lot of attendance. More importantly with rewards in X-server not only on-par, but better than local GNW it keeps the finals in a qualifying week from becoming a throw competition because 2nd place is more rewarding.
