oh, I thought it just costs 9k ingots

It generally costs around 5-10k coupons/ingots or an average of 7500 coupons/ingots. Which means 100-200 coupons/ingots per fragment or average of 150 coupons/ingots per frag.

No one I know has got it for 5k coupons..Minimum I heard was 7.5 k coupons and if you are unlucky it could be higher.

It costs 5 times advanced refinements, 3 times orochimaru akatsuki and 20% more than a charm pack. This means cost 170-180 coupons per fragment, and, infact, the average point you get out of 5 sacks is 7-8. I can confirm this since every time this event appear i am just barely able to buy 2 charms packs out of free points and thw free sacks are 35.

The average cost is 7500-8000 and given the number of sacks needed the sd can't be higher than 15%

Dont bother with it atm, wait for it to get more cheap, the event where that outfit its in doesnt help either, its a really bad event and expensive.
