Chase Mission, event, or wait for Ultimate Training, or even pull him from Tendo should you choose to (Which I would do anyways as you can 4 star him.)

I finished Ultimate Training, Chase missions always give me not much... never got him there.

Can you get single frags of pain from the tendo treasures????? or do you have to pull the 1000 to get him??

I do not recommend pulling in Tendo Treasure to get a single frag of Tendo. Weekend chase and events are the best place to get it.
