Depends on your needs atm. Are you in that stage of the game where you need me
ta ninjas to stay relevant? Then, maybe saving for Masked Man is a good idea.
Otherwise, you can save further for power-boosting items especially now that Lucky Board event will arrive soon.
As for Tobirama, I don't see him doing well in the current meta, as ninjas with more utility and damage at the same time could easily replace him.
He could be good for ranked battle, though. So yeah, not worth going for him. -

Tobirama's mystery is one of the strongest damage ult in the game. Atm it's really easy to get those 60 chakra in turn 2. The reason he isn't used so much is because he isn't as easy to get in CN and none ever dare to try new lineups in the game, since it's easier to copypaste CN teams and be a sheep.
Just wait a week till CN will start to realize how strong his SB is and he'll be as glorified as Ay.

Spent 1600 coupons in the wheel, got 2 seal scrolls, 5 summon scrolls, 1 sasuke susano'o fragment and enough points to buy 17 charm packs i missed to hit the 50 counter in the rebate and all the myoboku gifts. What does it mean?
Go in lucky stars only if you need charm packs to reach a goal in the rebate.

If only oasis would make as easy as is in china to reach rank 9 ba, then that tobirama would be way more common, indeed.
