he isn't supposed to be tanky...Ninjutsu should be go to for fire main. If you are like focusing on his shield mystery maybe resistance

if you want him to survive longer you can put him Resistance + - Attack or +life - attack, Fire main isn't supposed to be tank but if you want him to survive longer try these moods.. and put him on tactic Resistance if you have !
