Hello I am make one last try to find a solution here cause from support I didn't get any. 1 week now I cannot recharge. Not with my mastercard ( that I used before every time successfully), not with visa (never used before and it is from different bank) not with paypal. For your information I have used successfully all the above ways in other sites also in Naruto online in a different account. So I believe for some reason my account has been blocked from recharging from the system. And before you asked I did recharge a lot in the previous weeks. Now is there anything that can been done or not. Can anyone check my account? It is an account that I have spent a lot of money and now I cannot do anything.

Please submit a ticket through Customer Service Ticketing system, as it requires information that can't be addressed in a public forum. I will close this topic and my colleagues will take care of the rest through that system.
Customer Service is located in the upper right corner of the game (browser or mini-client)--see screenshot below.
This will prompt a new window; then select "Recharge Problems" and create your ticket there.
