You can try

1)fire main for his immunity mystery and swirling fire AOE damage standard along with his clone maybe. (best)

Or Light main with leech since jonin and masked and roshi do tai damage.

Earth would be also good, since jonin and masked man with dodge and additional shields could be annoying and roshi hs more survival chances.

Wind with chakra draining and refresh mystery means 3-4 rounds of continuous interrupts and controls.

But overall the team lacks synergy.

You could also try masked man, roshi, water main and sakura sailor OR masked man, jonin, fire main, and onoki would be good teams too.

I agree. He could try Lightning Main - Masked Man - Roshi - Itachi [ Anbu ] when he gets him at the end of the month. Itachi will give MM two standards , both Itachi and Roshi will be able to trigger their 30 hit chases which cause ignition. He needs Flood Dragon summon for this to work.
