you are not guaranteed a 3-star ninja in the GNW treasure, though you are guaranteed a 2-star. Reason being is that many of the commons (the 10-pulls, and not the 60/70-pulls that come with a server announcement) are the "GNW" ninjas like GNW sakura and GNW tenten. There are a few 3-star ninjas that can be done as a 10-pull, such as toroi, pakora, and fuguki (there might be more but thats all I can think off the top of my head). I hope this helps.

not guaranteed, but the first draw is sure to come Fuguki. if u didn't get him, you are unlucky. after that, you may get a bunch of 2 stars or 3 stars ninjas randomly.

The ones that do says so on the picture, for example tendo says Draw ten guaranteed 3 star ninja on the picture.

GNW doesn't say so, so it doesn't
